"I am a NJ Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. In the last 16 years, I have dedicated my professional life to the mental health field through education, advocacy, and direct work with both youth and adults in our communities. As a Spanish speaking Latina, I possess a strong passion for working with the LatinX community. My professional journey has led my interest to work with Women's Issues, Family-Cultural Systems, and Mindfulness. My approach to therapy is grounded in the understanding that clients will always guide the way and my role is to nurture the process with a productive, non-judgmental, and compassionate presence. I am a wife, a mama to 3 beautiful children, and a lover of life. In my leisure time I enjoy listening to Mindfulness books, watching movies, and crafting,"

" I am committed and compassionate about helping others find the true answers to their personal liberation from suffering of any kind. I have a combined total of twenty-two years of experience working in the both the Addictions and Health, Fitness & Wellness fields. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and I am certified to supervise in both fields towards licensure. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctoral degree in Professional Counseling. I have finished five ironman events, as well as several triathlons and over ten marathons. All these accomplishments have taught me about struggle, commitment and inner work. None of these goals could have meant anything without the journey. They all help redefined and restructure my self-belief system. Hobbies include meditation, training for events, spending time reading, writing and with family."

"I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of New Jersey and Missouri. I have over 10 years experience working with youth and adults in community based and home settings. In the State of Missouri, I worked with court involved youth and their families, helping them transition out of residential facilities back into their homes. I assisted them with maximizing their potential to reduce recidivism. In New Jersey, I have worked with youth, families and the adult disabled population in the capacity of seeking employment and working through their barriers to becoming competitively employed. I also work with youth and families as an In Home Clinician through the NJ Children's System of Care. My eclectic approach to therapy is based on viewing the client's individual needs while being a support system in the client's process of developing their most authentic self. "
